Evora awarded again: one of the best employers in ITC 2020

Evora IT Solutions Germany has achieved 6th place in the category of companies with less than 50 employees in the Great Place to Work® competition “Best Employers in ICT 2020”. Following the top results earlier this month in the small and medium-sized businesses in the Baden-Wuerttemberg region in this year’s Great Place to Work® competition, Evora now also scores in the category “Best employers in information and communications technology”!

Best employers in ITC Germany

More than 160 companies of all sizes and from all ITC-segments took part in a voluntary review of the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute and the assessment of their own employees. The survey provided very clear results. Among other things, the survey showed 100% agreement with the facts that at Evora everyone is given a lot of responsibility, that managers trust in the good work of its employees and that everyone has the opportunity to receive attention and recognition.

The success of Evora IT is directly dependent on the motivation and performance of the employees. Thus, the company culture and the core values defined by the employees themselves have a direct influence on the success of the business. “As a company, we would like to give the results back to our employees, both in the form of an exceptionally good workplace culture and through financial participation,” says Timo Elbert, managing director at Evora, explaining the special relationship between the company and its employees.

Of all the measures, the annual International Co-Working Week, which brings together all 100 Evora employees worldwide, has proven to be the means of choice to meet the challenges of virtual collaboration, company growth, the different cultures and needs of each individual, and the high demand for knowledge building. Due to the global pandemic, this spring’s event must take place in a different form for the first time: online.  We’re up for the challenge! After all, this is a perfect opportunity to transform the expertise of our daily experience in virtual collaboration at Evora to provide our International Co-Working Week in a new context.

“The award stands for a credible management team that works together with employees in a fair and respectful manner, for a high level of employee identification and for a strong team spirit within the company,” said Andreas Schubert, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® Germany.
