Siemens Healthineers METO Project

Our team in Germany and India together with our customer Siemens Healthineers launched our endeveaur with ServiceNow at Healthineers. Using this promising technology we developed an app, which is used by local Siemens Heathinineers’ customer service organization to order services and support, enabling system specific material, software & license ordering on demand. The implementation also included a successful replacement of their old ordering tool on time with a smooth transition and minimal impact to the users. Jochen Hostalka, Senior Vice President IT – Customer & Enterprise Services at Siemens Healthineers stated: “Together with our great partner Evora IT Solutions we transformed our Evolve processes onto the ServiceNow platform as another step in our journey to be “Always On. Always in touch.” with our customer.” The obligatory “cake cutting celebration” concluded the project and was a great moment for the whole team. Siemens Healthineers’ Project lead Yiwen Cai contributed the fabulous handmade cake, and also organized the delivery of cakes to the Evora team members in India.
