A majority of our new hires have joined our dedicated Application Managed Services (AMS) team, reinforcing our commitment to providing ongoing support, optimization, and strategic guidance for our growing base of customers. This investment directly impacts our ability to deliver faster response times, greater solution enhancements, and higher customer satisfaction — ensuring our customers can continue to scale and innovate with confidence.
Our AMS team plays a critical role in helping organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow and SAP investment — from ongoing platform maintenance and enhancements to strategic guidance on new features and functionality. By strengthening this team, we’re ensuring our customers receive seamless support and continuous improvements that drive business outcomes.
