Walldorf, Germany | February 12, 2026 – Evora Group announces that it will become the 100% shareholder of Allgeier (Switzerland) AG (allgeier.ch). Through this acquisition, Evora Group further strengthens its ability to advise customers holistically and deliver complex IT landscapes end to end—particularly in scenarios where SAP core systems interact with cloud and platform services to enable modern, integrated business processes.
The market increasingly demands fully integrated IT environments. Many organizations operate SAP as their operational backbone and complement it with Microsoft Azure and additional services to accelerate processes, enhance data availability, and scale operations reliably. Precisely at this intersection, Evora Group expands its service portfolio with Allgeier (Switzerland) AG—from architecture and integration through ongoing operations.
Allgeier (Switzerland) AG will remain an independent business unit within Evora Group. The team will continue operating under its existing legal entity and brand for the time being. Sebastian Bloch will remain CEO, leading the unit with his proven track record and deep expertise in the Swiss IT market. Allgeier (Switzerland) AG employs approximately 60 professionals, focused primarily on the Swiss market with selected activities in Germany.
