Walldorf, Germany | 18 August 2025: Evora IT Solutions, a global consulting and software implementation company specializing in SAP and ServiceNow solutions, and custom development, today announced the acquisition of all4cloud (entities in Germany and Switzerland), a leading provider of SAP Business Suite. This strategic move will strengthen Evora’s capabilities in cloud-based enterprise solutions and enhance its ability to deliver end-to-end digital transformation services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) worldwide.
The acquisition will offer several advantages to Evora’s customers while placing them at the forefront of Cloud ERP technology. It will enable faster adoption of SAP Business Suite including SAP Business AI and SAP Business Data Cloud, allow seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems, and offer enhanced scalability.
