This Women’s Day, we took a meaningful step toward preventive healthcare by organizing a Cervical Cancer Vaccination Drive for our employees across all our locations—Bengaluru, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad and Chennai.
For our team in the Bengaluru office, we made the vaccination drive even more accessible by organizing it right at the workplace. For two days, medical experts were on-site and employees could simply walk in, get their questions answered, and take the vaccine without any hassle. For those based in our hub locations, we coordinated with our healthcare partners to help them book appointments and get vaccinated at nearby hospitals.
But for us, this wasn’t just a tick-the-box initiative. We knew that awareness had to come first. Before the vaccinations began, we invited a well-known gynecologist to lead a session with our team, someone who could break down the medical jargon and speak openly about a topic that many of us don’t talk about enough.
The idea was simple: create a safe, open space where employees, especially women could understand what cervical cancer is, ask questions and learn why prevention matters. The session was honest and reassuring, also creating an open environment where employees felt comfortable learning, discussing and deciding what was right for them.
It wasn’t about numbers or turnout. It was about creating a space for awareness, for choice, for care.
