Evora Germany expands management
29 January 2021
“After almost seven years of continuous growth of the German headquarters, it is time to broaden our management team. With Timo Elbert as an additional managing director, we are strengthening our focus on the user experience of digital maintenance and service processes,” says Gregor.
Evora is an international consulting company delivering innovative solutions in maintenance and customer service based on best practice and cutting-edge technologies. Whether it’s SAP, Click-Software (by Salesforce) or ServiceNow, Evora consultants always find the right tool for integrated planning, scheduling and mobile solutions. In addition to mobile support, many customers are increasingly focusing on covering the entire process chain.
Timo Elbert’s many years of SAP and user experience provide a very good basis for this. Before he began his Evora career as a senior consultant in 2014, he had already proven his ability to create and implement successful transformations for his customers as Head of UX Innovation in the Value Prototyping division of SAP SE. With his new role in the executive management team, Evora strengthens the company’s focus on Industry 4.0 and the implementation of new digital service experiences for its customers and their employees and end customers.
As management team member Timo has also been driving the issues of employee satisfaction and employer branding at Evora for several years. His work is paying off: the company is growing, employee turnover is extremely low and the company recently received several awards, including being one of the top 10 ICT employers in Germany from the Great Place To Work Institute.
“In my new role, I look forward to continuing to contribute to the success of Evora. It is particularly important to me to support our customers in the face of upcoming challenges, to grow together with them and to always be a reliable partner. This is based on motivated employees who appreciate Evora as a trustworthy employer in the years to come,” Timo explains.
