This marks a significant milestone in the manufacturer’s ongoing digital transformation journey and builds upon the successful Phase 1 implementation in North America. 

After a successful SAP FSM Go-Live in North America, the global manufacturer reached out to Evora for assistance in expanding their FSM capabilities across Europe. This expansion was driven by the need to integrate new acquisitions into their existing ERP system, while also improving scheduling and mobile execution processes. With Evora’s expertise, the deployment successfully adds users across three European locations, addresses key operational needs, includes advanced scheduling features, and incorporates feedback from the North American rollout. 
 
With the advanced scheduling functionality, the maintenance team benefits from better optimized planning, which not only ensures the right technician is sent to the right job, but also ensures their schedule is not over or under booked. To make this possible, SAP FSM leverages AI and algorithms to optimize technician assignments and routes, enhancing efficiency and resource utilization by suggesting the best technician for a job based on skills, location, and availability. Ultimately, the maintenance planning and execution is more efficient, which saves on resources and time.
