Many SAP FSM customers have a need to be notified of new Emergency Work that requires immediate attention. Evora has created an extension for FSM that provides an immediate visual alert when new emergency work is created in SAP. From the alert the Dispatcher can open the FSM Service Map, focus on the Emergency Order, see nearby technicians, and rapidly dispatch the order based on nearest technician and skill set. This extension has been developed with the FSM SDK and is hosted as a BTP UI5 app.
